Recently I was asked to provide a quest blog to Zzeem Association Management. Our two companies worked together on the 2015 benchmark survey of member based organizations.
The overall message of the blog was that there are three key reasons for conducting a member survey.
The 3 key reasons to survey your members are:
1) Achieving a better understanding of your members e.g their demographics and challenges.
2) Knowing your members attitudes towards your association e.g. their awareness and usage of various programs and services.
3) The opportunity to use a survey to collect and share valuable information with members e.g. compensation and benefits data.
